Tulsa Artist Fellowship’s First Fridays returns with open studios, exhibitions, and live programming in collaboration with Twisted Arts and the Center for Queer Prairie Studies for an evening celebrating Pride and queer artistry in Tulsa. Guests can explore artist studios, connect directly with participating fellows about their creative practices, and enjoy rooftop music and drag performances beginning at 8 PM. Complimentary beverages will be provided by Heirloom Rustic Ales, and attendees can also visit the Goff Fest table for information about events and activities happening throughout the Goff Fest weekend.

Organized by the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture, this guided tour explores the history and architecture of Tulsa’s Cherry Street district, from its early development to the vibrant neighborhood it is today. Along the way, guests will visit notable Bruce Goff landmarks including the Quaker Avenue house (1918(, also known as the McGregor House, and Christ the King Church (1928) while discovering the stories, design, and culture that shaped the area. Perfect for architecture lovers and curious locals alike, the tour offers a fresh perspective on one of Tulsa’s most distinctive neighborhoods.

BRUCE GOFF'S BIRTHDAY BASH

The Goff Center for the Continuous Present invites the public to celebrate “Bruce Goff’s Birthday Bash,” a family-friendly event celebrating the work of Tulsa’s own Bruce Goff. Born June 8, 1904, Goff was the visionary architect behind the Riverside Studio (1928), now known as Spotlight Theater, and many other iconic Tulsa buildings. Every year the Goff Center celebrates his birthday while providing fun activities and opportunities to enjoy his work in the community.
